Refund Policy

For jewelry purchased via my Etsy page – Please see refund policy on etsy.

For ready-made jewelry purchased in person at a fair or event: I want you to love your new jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, I accept returns of unworn pieces within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition or the return may be declined. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping if the item is mailed back.

For custom orders and pre-orders, all sales are final because I am creating this piece specifically for you.
