For items purchased via our Etsy Shop, please refer to the shipping policy listed on our Etsy page.

All orders placed directly with us will ship within 5–7 business days via USPS, unless otherwise stated. Once your package is handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for delays or lost items. However, we’re happy to provide tracking details to help you file a claim if needed.
